Each plan is for one house with one water source; a dock line, irrigation or a second building is quoted before the plan starts. Cancel in writing at any time; visits already made aren't refunded. A plan isn't insurance and doesn't pay for damage.

Plan questions
Yes. Tell us before the next scheduled visit and we'll move you, and the price difference is billed for the months left.
We shut the water off if we need to, photograph the problem and call you. Repairs are quoted in writing and wait for your yes.
The visits are the same. A lake intake line or a second building can change the price, and we say so before the plan starts.
