Our vans leave the shop on Woodmere Avenue and cover five counties. We group visits by shore, so a closing day is a drive up one side of the lake.

We close a shore at a time
Visits go by shore
A closing day is one drive up one side of a lake, so houses on the same shore are done together.
Dates follow the weather
The Lake Michigan shore opens early and closes late. Inland lakes and the hills do the opposite.
