What we collect

When you send the form, we collect your name, phone number, email, the lake or road, and your message. When you call or text, we see your number.

What we use it for

We use it to answer you, to schedule your visit and to write your price and invoice. We don't sell it. We share it only with a supplier when we order a part for your job.

How long we keep it

Visit records stay for as long as the house is on our list, so we know what we did last time. Messages that never became a visit are deleted on request.

Photos you text us

A photo you send goes to the shop phone. We use it to look at your house and don't post it anywhere.

Keys and lockbox codes

If you give us a key or a code, we write down who has it and when it was used, and we return or delete it when you ask.
